1. Grab / Airport Taxi: Hop in a taxi at the terminal exit directly to the Dong Bai ferry terminal or the Sun World Cat Hai cable car station (about 30 km via the Tan Vu sea bridge).
2. Cross to the island: Take the Sun World cable car from Cat Hai to Phu Long (70,000 VND, ~10 mins; note operating window 09:00–11:15 & 13:30–15:45) or the public ferry from Dong Bai (12,000 VND, ~20 mins) across to Cat Ba Island.
